Ring Sizing Details

All Mens & Ladies Rings are in-stock in the size described in the product details.  All Mens and Ladies Rings may be sized.  Any Ring sized by us or anyone else is non-returnable.

If you wish for us to do the ring sizing, the estimated additional charges are:

1) Sterling Silver Ring Sizing (Mens or Ladies):  $12.00 (for smaller)

2)  Sterling Silver Ring Sizing (Mens or Ladies):  $16.00 (for one size larger and $6.00 for each additional size).

30-Day Return Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy give you plenty of time to consider your purchase.  That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom sizing in its' original condition within 30 days of the date of the shipment for a refund or exchange.  It is that simple.

Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.  Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange.  Returns with no Return Authorization Code will be refused.

How To Prepare A Return

To return merchandise to UTJewely.com, follow our below three step process:

1. Your Return Authorization Code.  Call 512-259-7078 (9:30 am-5:30 pm CST (M-F), 9:30 am-2:00 pm CST (Sat.)) and you will be provided a Return Authorization Code.  Write this Return Authorization Code on the outside of the return shipping box in RED INK.
2. Package Your Return.  Include all original packaging and collateral material and a copy of your invoice.
3. Send Your Return USPS Priority Mail With Delivery Confirmation.
